The Rectors’ Forum of South-East Europe and the Western Balkans has established three permanent working groups. They support the implementation of decisions adopted by the Rectors’ Forum Assembly and the Secretariat and, in cooperation with the Secretariat, initiate and prepare proposals and materials for consideration by the Assembly.
